Launched in 1999, go2 is an Internet Yellow Pages for several major wireless carriers, including AT&T Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, Verizon and Boost. go2 currently operates 11 custom local search directories, including go2 Business, go2 Dining, go2 Movies, go2 Shopping and go2 Yellow Pages. Additionally, the company provides updated and detailed information on over 400,000 paid listings and connects millions of mobile phone users with access to go2's customer information. go2 offers movie theater information, customer specials and promotions, one-touch calling and turn-by-turn directions and uses GPS and other location technologies to automatically provide local search results ranked by proximity.

Advertising

Premium Listings: The go2 Premium Listings product raises a listing's visibility and gives merchants access to go2?s real-time Promotions Manager tool, which delivers marketing messages and special offers to consumers, both online and wirelessly.

CPM and Performance-Based Interactive, Mobile Advertising: This product offers banner ads with graphic links to detailed mobile Jump Pages, priced according to impressions or performance (pay-per-click, pay-per-call, etc.).

Online Sales and Listing Management Tool: go2's automated sales and listings management interface allows Print and Internet Yellow Pages advertisers to purchase and manage go2 Premium Listings and related listing information on a daily basis.

Mini-Mobile Websites: go2 develops and maintains customized mini-wireless Web sites for Premium Listing advertisers.
